Slow roasted in-house Natural Breast with Local Chanterelle mushroom gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, savory green apple-leek- stuffing, brown sugar sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, buttery brussels sprouts, Local Alpenfire cider--orange-cranberry sauce, dinner roll, and a big slice of pumpkin pie!  

Smoked in-house and served with an Amaretto-Orange marmalade glaze, Local Chanterelle gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, savory leek-green apple stuffing, brown sugar sweet potatoes, buttery brussels sprouts, orange-cider-cranberry sauce, dinner roll, and a big slice pf pumpkin pie!
